  Thought we would get KFC Anzac day for a change. Arrived here at 11:15 for a family feast half original half hot and spicy. Was told had heaps of hot and spicy but a 15 minute wait for original which we were fine with.
  The lady who took our order and our payment was the manager. We paid her, up to the pick up window and had our food almost immediately. I commented "that was quick the lady told us a 15 minute wait". She said that's only with original I told her we had ordered half and half. Asked to park and waited 25 minutes, when we got our order they given us ALL ORIGINAL! and when we left they had run out of chicken hahaha There were 20 plus cars by this time waiting and no attempt to inform them of no chicken. What is wrong and how do you fix stupid?

  I got food sick here... So yeh also the Service here is poor. I dont know about you guys but i just dont like this place. KFC PLEASE IMPROVE!!.

  Terrible. Waited almost 50 minutes from arriving till I received my food; minus one part! Staff don't seem to care. The layout of the drive thru is shocking considering it's a new store. Try HJ's next door!
